Urban Alliance partners with individuals and organizations to create pathways for employment, stability, and second chances.
Through workforce training, mentorship, and wraparound support, we equip justice-impacted individuals with the tools to build sustainable futures. Your gift directly supports this work and strengthens individuals, families, and our broader community.
We provide life-changing programs that include:
- Change of Status (CoS): A safe space for men experiencing negative behavior tendencies and substance abuse or those with a history of incarceration to change their thinking and behavior.
- Momentum: We assist individuals in navigating significant barriers to employment through personal habits, training, and opportunity exploration.
- Street Outreach: Engaging individuals every week where they are to understand the challenges and
- concerns of our community while building trust
- and credibility with individuals.
- Fellowship Meals & Events: Strengthening community and trust through food, conversation, and connection.

Urban Alliance Sponsorship Levels
Transformation Partner
$25,000
Supports a full cohort of Momentum participants; provides workforce training, mentorship, and wraparound services that lead to long-term stability and reduced recidivism.

Empowerment Partner
$10,000
Supports Change of Status (CoS) program mentorship and life skills development both at Urban Alliance and in partnership with the Kalamazoo County Sheriff’s Department in the jail; helps participants build confidence, accountability, and stability

Supports job readiness programming, including resume building, interview preparation, and workforce placement support; helps participants transition into meaningful employment
