Allison joined the Urban Alliance team in October 2019, driven by a desire for meaningful change and a passion for a career that creates a genuine impact on others. A lifelong resident of Kalamazoo County, she brings more than 15 years of office and accounting experience to the organization. She holds a B.A. in Finance from Western Michigan University.
Her work is guided by a deep love for people and the firm belief in multiple chances. Allison is motivated by the conviction that we are all capable of transformation and that no one should be defined by their past.
Outside of the office, Allison is a busy sports mom who loves cheering her kids on in all their activities. She is a devoted family woman who treasures time with her husband and three children. As an avid fan of Michigan summers, she enjoys making the most of the season with her family, and her commitment to people remains at the heart of everything she does.
