Jeff grew up in the neighborhoods of Kalamazoo before starting his first career as an autoworker. His journey in outreach and volunteering began in 2014, leading him to officially join the Urban Alliance team in 2024. This work helps him maintain the energy and bustle he grew up with.
“We meet people where they are,” Jeff says. “People don’t need to come to the building to find us. We believe in loving our neighbor, without judgement, and appreciate the abundance of love and trust they send our way.”
When not reaching out to the local community, Jeff is an enthusiastic sports fan who loves spending time with his sons. He enjoys mountain biking, hiking, and driving a school bus for the local school system.
